Lewis Black is as angry as ever in the network television premiere of LEWIS BLACK: IN GOD WE RUST, debuting on COMEDY CENTRAL on Friday, September 7 at 12:00 midnight ET/PT.

IFC has launched an 'Adopt-A-Comic' program to help spotlight the standout work of one comedian in line with the network's own SLIGHTLY OFF sensibilities. The network's first adoptee is comedian Chris Gethard (The Chris Gethard Show, The Other Guys, This American Life) who will host on-air programming, create exclusive content for IFC.com and more.

Stamford Center for the Arts has announced Kathleen Madigan's "Gone Madigan" national theater tour is coming to the Palace Theatre in Stamford on Saturday, September 15th at 8 PM, sponsored by the WWE, World Wrestling Entertainment. This will be the opening show of SCA's 2012-2013 Season celebrating the 85th Anniversary of the Palace Theatre, sponsored by Seaboard Management Properties. Tickets are on sale now.

On Saturday, September 15 at 8pm, The Fab Faux will perform at the Warner Theatre.

Bay Street Theatre today announced Jim Breuer to complete the 2012 Comedy Club lineup on August 27 at 8pm.

The world premiere of Brace Yourself, opens at Berkshire Theatre Group's Fitzpatrick Main Stage on August 18 at 8pm. Previews begin August 14 at 8pm and closing is on August 25. Brace Yourself is sponsored by Country Curtains, Blantyre and The Red Lion Inn.
