According to Variety, Tony winner Eddie Redmayne is in negotiations to star alongside Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis in 'Jupiter Ascending.' The sci-fi movie is 'set in a time where humans are at the bottom of the evolutionary ladder and follows a woman who has been targeted for assassination by the queen of the universe.'

One of the nation's leading programs for emerging playwrights -- Cherry Lane Theatre's award-winning MENTOR PROJECT -- celebrates its 15th anniversary this season with the production of four new plays by emerging writers -- each of whom is paired with an accomplished mentor playwright -- from February 20, 2012 to April 13 at the Cherry Lane Theatre (38 Commerce St.) in Manhattan. Unfiltered 2012, the Ensemble Studio Theatre/Youngblood's under-30, 2012 Obie Award-winning playwright incubator that has produced talents such as Annie Baker, Amy Herzog, Jon Kern, Lucy Alibar, and Robert Askins, has new dates. Unfiltered 2012 opens tonight, November 16, at 7:00pm and now runs through January 11 at Ensemble Studio Theatre (EST), 549 West 52nd Street. (Original dates were November 9 through December 7.)

Daisy Eagan is full of surprises. Her Monday night concert was a crazy quilt of songs and stories culminating in one very big announcement that was a first for the Broadway at Birdland stage! That's right, Mary Lennox is having a baby! Of course, Daisy has been known as a full-grown, smart-talking gal-of-the-world for some time now, but to some, she'll always be that adorable kid who won the Tony at age 11.
