After an emotional night of personal performances last night, it was time for someone to receive the news that they'd be going home on DANCING WITH THE STARS. Would it be Wendy Williams, the talk show host whose smooth talking never quite translated to the dance floor? Or would it be Sugar Ray Leonard, who hasn't yet managed to bring his boxer's focus? Tonight's episode of DANCING WITH THE STARS required the contestants to dance with a backstory, putting the experiences faced by the stars at front and center. The celebrities' stories ranged from happiness to tragedy, from hardship to success, and everything in between.

This week on 'Dancing with the Stars' was all about the contestants' agility and energy, with six teams performing the quickstep, and the other five performing the Jive. The scores from tonight's show are not only being combined with audience votes, but also with the scores from last week, which gives some contestants a chance to try to catch up with bad scores, and others pressure to match good ones.

World Wrestling Entertainment(R) (NYSE: WWE) and Syfy announced today a multi-year agreement that brings Friday Night SmackDown(R) to the 'Imagine Greater' network beginning in October 2010. Friday Night SmackDown will premiere on its new home October 1st at 8:00 PM ET. The program, which debuted more than 10 years ago, is one of the longest-running, weekly episodic shows on television.
