Charles Gillibert developed and produced the project with CG Cinema, Bluegrass Films' Scott Stuber, Film 360's Scott Lambert, Alexandra Milchan and Michael Benaroya, with Ben Sachs executive producing for Benaroya Pictures. The film is scheduled to begin principal photography in October in Chicago and Toronto.

Clouds of Sils Maria is a drama film written and directed by Olivier Assayas, and starring Juliette Binoche, Kristen Stewart, and Chloe Grace Moretz. The film is a German-French-Swiss co-production. Sony Pictures Entertainment has closed a deal with Chloe Grace Moretz to star in the film adaptation of the bestselling novel The 5th Wave, it was announced today by Doug Belgrad, president of Columbia Pictures and Hannah Minghella, president of Production for the studio. An original approach to an alien invasion movie, the film will be directed by J Blakeson, with a screenplay by Susannah Grant, based on the book by Rick Yancey. Graham King will produce through GK Films along with Tobey Maguire and Matthew Plouffe through his Material Pictures.
