London's Barbican is to stream the 9 July live launch of Rhiannon Faith's digital prologue film DROWNTOWN LOCKDOWN on its Facebook page.

DROWNTOWN, the new show from choreographer/theatremaker Rhiannon Faith, was set to tour this spring/summer with a Barbican run set for June and July, but for due to Covid19 all that has been postponed until 2021 (when it is hoped the Barbican dates can be rescheduled).

Today Sadler's Wells announces that it will present new dance content for Digital Stage, its free online performance platform, in response to the cancellation of shows across its theatres as part of efforts to curb the spread of Covid-19.
