Red Bull Theater (Jesse Berger, Artistic Director) announces that The Witch of Edmonton, directed by Mr. Berger, which begins a limited engagement January 25th at Theater at St. Clement's (423 West 46th Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues) will extend its acclaimed run until February 20th.

The 2009 Drama Desk Award winner and 2010 Bistro Award winner Celebrity Autobiography performs in Sarasota on Tuesday, January 11at 7pm and 9pm at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall Grand Foyer, and in San Francisco on Friday, January 14 at 8pm and Saturday, January 15 at 5pm and 8pm at Marines' Memorial Theatre as part of SF Sketchfest.

Academy Award-winner (Amadeus) F. Murray Abraham stars as Shylock in Theatre for a New Audience's widely acclaimed 2007 production of The Merchant of Venice, directed by Darko Tresnjak.

HarperCollins announced today the acquisition of a currently untitled memoir by Barbara Cook, the noted actress, singer, and concert performer. Cook's collaborator will be New York Times theater critic Charles Isherwood. The world rights deal was negotiated by Jonathan Burnham, Senior Vice President and Publisher, Harper, and Rakesh Satyal, Senior Editor, Harper; Cook's manager, Jeff Berger at Jeff Berger Management; and Isherwood's agent, David Kuhn at Kuhn Projects. The book will be published in the fall of 2012, the year of Cook's eighty-fifth birthday.

Producers Philip Morgaman, Anne Caruso/Vincent Caruso, Frankie J. Grande, and James P. MacGilvray have announced that Robert Sean Leonard will star opposite Jim Belushi and Nina Arianda in the upcoming Broadway production of Born Yesterday, a comedy by Garson Kanin, directed by Doug Hughes, at Broadway's Cort Theatre, 138 West 48 Street. The opening night is set for Sunday, April 24.

Lost in the Stars, the second Encores! production of the New York City Center season, running February 3 - 6 at City Center, will be directed by Gary Griffin and choreographed by Chase Brock, with music direction by Rob Berman.
