The short stories and sketches of James Thurber, Dorothy Parker, and the legendary Mark Twain fill the bill of Centenary Stage Company's ninth GREAT AUTHORS ALOUD presentation for this free staged reading event on Sunday, September 7th at 3 pm in The Edith Kutz Theater.

Stand-up comedian, actor, and writer PAUL REISER, re-emerges on the comedy scene with his quick wit and comedic timing. Hitting the road again and making a stop at Centenary Stage Company! Audiences are in for a real treat as Reiser splits the sides of CSC's new season with his hilarious and distinctive take on life in CURTAIN UP! WITH PAUL REISER. Voted one of the "100 Greatest Stand-ups of All Time" CSC brings Reiser's return to stand-up comedy to the Lackland Center on Saturday, September 13th at 8pm for the 2014 - 2015 Season Opening Gala.

This exploration of the human foibles, comic frustrations and eccentricities of ordinary people will be read by Randall Duk Kim and Anne Occhiogrosso. At a time when the world seems to be falling down around our ears and human behavior has left the sanest of us baffled, a healthy dose of these three might be exactly what the doctor ordered to reassure ourselves that the world isn't going crazy; it's simply always been that way.

The Centenary Stage Company's Young Performers Workshop presents their Summer Festival of Shows with a full week of musical favorites. The festival will run today, August 8th through August 17th at the Little Theatre on the campus of Centenary College in Hackettstown, NJ. This season's selection will include Tommy, Count to Ten, Here and Now.

Celebrating over 20 years of acclaimed musical theatre training for young thespians, the Centenary Stage Company will be holding YPW Fall Session interviews on Saturday, August 16th and Sunday, August 17th.

Every summer, Centenary Stage Company's Young Performers work tirelessly to perfect their dance moves, learn all of their lines, and get their vocal harmonies just right for the annual Summer Festival of Shows. These talented young thespians between the ages of 8 and 18 will fill the Little Theater with a variety of shows and musicals to entertain audiences of all ages August 8th-17th.

Tickets for Good Vibrations: A Celebration of the Beach Boys are $35 for Adults and $25 for youth under 18. The final concert in the Summer Jamfest Series is Bobby Caldwell with his Big Band on August 9th. CSC's Summer Jamfest is sponsored by The House of the Good Shepherd.

Night Fever will cover some of the greatest Bee Gees hits of all time such as, "To Love Somebody," "Night Fever," "More Than A Woman," "Jive Talking" and "Stayin' Alive," and many more. With a full band supporting these brilliant singers, Night Fever is not just another recreation of a bygone band. It is 'alive' with the sound, style, and all the favorites audiences love from the Brothers Gibbs.

Kicking off Centenary Stage Company's (CSC) Summer Jamfest Series is the New Gene Krupa Orchestra led by Michael Berkowitz tonight, July 12th at 8 pm at Hackettstown's Lackland Center. Michael Berkowitz brings the legendary Krupa magic back to life for a whole new generation. With an infectious energy that draws both listeners and dancers alike, this concert is a winner with audiences of all ages.
