As night comes quicker and cold sets in, getting into BC BEAT tonight, December 10th, 7pm sharp seems like the best thing going. Walking into Cielo's warmly lit interior with Declan Bennett spinning music as the evening's dancers and choreographers glide around the room conversing and playing on the dance floor, it's easy to order a hot toddy from the bar and say hello to old and new friends. BC BEAT has become a staple for the Broadway community. It's an access point to new work, new people, and an inspiring sense of possibility.

Shania Twain had been absent from performing for eight years. Her return, quite appropriately in a show called Shania Twain: Still The One, came December 1 when she opened at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. There, she shares he 4,200-seat theater with Celine Dion, Elton John and Rod Stewart and, in this excellent company, her show proves equal to them all. And with a huge stage she can pretty much do as she wishes. And, it seems, she wished for a beautiful show.

VH1's popular franchise 'VH1 Divas' announced today additional performers to join this year's LIVE dance music tribute Natasha Bedingfield, Keri Hilson, Ledisi, Iggy Azalea and funk legend Bootsy Collins.

Seattle Men's Chorus (SMC) is heading to south-of-the-border and other tropical locales this holiday season with Baby, It's Cold Outside. Airing live from the L.A. Shrine Auditorium 'VH1 Divas' will be hosted by Adam Lambert on Sunday, December 16 at 9PM/8c on VH1.

'We Will Always Love You: A GRAMMY Salute To Whitney Houston' aired last night, Friday, Nov. 16 on the CBS Television Network. The special, which was taped last month at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE, features artists paying homage to the six-time GRAMMY winner. Watch Academy Award winner Jennifer Hudson performing a Houston medley in the video below!

You know that the holiday season has officially arrived in Central Ohio when Shadowbox Live gifts us with the opening of its annual musical sketch comedy, Holiday Hoopla. Just as nutty as fruitcake, a little sassier, and so much sweeter, this is hilariously fun how has become so wildly popular that in its 21st revision, it has already sold out many nights a month ahead.

Double the elimination meant double the drama on last night's THE X FACTOR on FOX. Two of the acts, Lyric145 and Jennel Garcia were sent home, leaving only the Top 10 to move on to next week's round of competition. And sitting pretty once again in the number two spot was Broadway's own Carly Rose Sonenclar.
