It's still tight at the top of all the BWW:UK 2013 Award categories! Your votes can still make a difference as The Book of Mormon, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Once all battle it out for the musical theatre prizes.

Voting closes on Friday for this year's BWW:UK Awards! The Book Of Mormon, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Once all look set to win for the musicals - and Hadley Fraser may pick up a special double award for his performances in a musical and a play.

ALADDIN, Disney's new Broadway-bound musical, begins performances this evening at the Ed Mirvish Theatre. The production features the beloved music by Academy and Tony Award-winning composer Alan Menken and lyricists Howard Ashman, Tim Rice and Chad Beguelin, with a book by Beguelin.

Back by popular demand, THE BOOK OF MORMON has broken the house record in Denver for the week ending October 27 at the Buell Theatre for an 8-performance week grossing $1,943,740.00.

The producers of the national tour of THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, and the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) announced that single tickets will go on sale Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 9 AM at the Box Office window (220 Weybosset Street in downtown Providence) ONLY; telephone and internet sales will begin an hour later, at 10 AM.

Big West End showstoppers Once, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and The Book of Mormon are leading the way, with the competition just as tight for the fringe categories - Chichester's The Pajama Game and Southwark Playhouse's Titanic are also garnering the votes at the moment.

Holmes' credits include Frederick in Young Frankenstein (National Tour), and Henry in Next To Normal (Arizona Theatre Co. & SJ Rep.). A.J. composes for the Chicago-based theatre group StarKid Productions (A Very Potter Musical, Me And My Dick, Twisted). He is a graduate of University of Michigan.
