Lifetime has green lit the two-hour original movie-backdoor pilot Sworn to Silence, starring Neve Campbell (Scream, Party of Five), it was announced today by Nancy Dubuc, President and General Manager of Lifetime Networks.

The Creative Arts portion of the 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards were distributed in a ceremony held at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on Sept. 10. An edited version of the show will air on ReelzChannel on Sept. 17, the night before the Primetime Emmys air on FOX.
The nominations were released earlier this month for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences 2011 Primetime Emmy Awards. Mad Men topped the list with 19 nominations, followed by Boardwalk Empire with 18, Modern Family with 17, Saturday Night Live with 16, Game of Thrones and 30 Rock with 13 and GLEE with 12. Performers and volunteers for this amazing evening came together to ensure that the Crime Victims Treatment Center (CVTC)-located at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center-can continue its groundbreaking work empowering survivors of violent crimes including sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse and domestic violence. The event was conceived of and organized by former clients of CVTC who were moved to give back to the program that helped them heal.

Rehearsals began yesterday for tonight's reading of SIX GOUMBAS AND A WANNABE. The reading will be held at the Westside Theatre in midtown Manhattan and is being produced by Gardenia Productions. Tonight's cast includes noted actor Joe Piscopo, Cara Buono, Jason Kravits, Gianna Palminteri, and former Sopranos cast members Kathrine Narducci, Federico Castelluccio, Jason Cerbone and Michael Rispoli.
