The Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) Theatre Company announced today that Colorado playwriting group Rough Draught Playwrights will curate the inaugural Local Playwrights' Slam during the local weekend of the 2015 Colorado New Play Summit. The Slam will take place in the Jones Theatre at 7:30 p.m. tonight, February 14.

Lewis, Melissa Lucero McCarl, Rebecca Gorman O'Neill, and Susan Hickey, the work of visual artists Tracy Frickey and Deb Hultgren and the work of the women from MissionWear.org. According to the Huffington Post, The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess' Norm Lewis will appear in a recurring role in SCANDAL season two on ABC. Lewis will first appear in the season's third episode.
