The national tour of Rodgers & Hammerstein's THE KING AND I, based on the 2015 Tony Award - winning Lincoln Center Theater Production, will make its Milwaukee premiere at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts for eight shows as part of the Associated Bank Broadway at the Marcus Center and Broadway Across America-Milwaukee series. Tickets go on sale at 10:00 am on Friday, November 16.

Disney's THE LION KING grossed over $3.7 million at the box office and entertained more than 44,500 theatergoers during its three-week premiere engagement in Boise. The production, which played The Morrison Center for 24 performances from October 17 - November 4, broke the box office record for the highest gross and number of tickets sold for any single show in the theatre's history.

A day-of-performance lottery for a limited number of seats will be held for WICKED, which is returning to Popejoy Hall with performances from October 17 through 28. Two and one-half hours prior to each performance, people who present themselves at UNM box office will have their names placed in a lottery drum; thirty minutes later, names will be drawn for a limited number of orchestra seats at $25 each, cash only. This lottery is available only in-person at the box office, with a limit of two tickets per person. Lottery participants must have a valid photo ID when submitting their entry form and, if chosen, when purchasing tickets.
