Kate Mulligan Replaces Melissa Leo in Eve Ensler's O.P.C. at A.R.T.

TAMAR OF THE RIVER Recording, Featuring Margo Seibert, Set for Release Next Week

YELLOW SOUND LABEL will release the world premiere recording of the acclaimed new musical TAMAR OF THE RIVER on September 23, 2014. The album is currently available for pre-order at iTunes and Amazon.com. TAMAR OF THE RIVER features music by Marisa Michelson and lyrics by Joshua H. Cohen and was directed by Daniel Goldstein (Godspell), with choreography by Chase Brock (Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, Picnic). The show was nominated for two 2014 Drama Desk Awards, including "Outstanding Actress in a Musical" for Margo Seibert, who made her Broadway debut last season as Adrian in Rocky. The cast of TAMAR OF THE RIVER, the critically-acclaimed and Drama Desk Award-nominated show produced at Prospect Theater Company, will celebrate the release of their world premiere recording with a one night only reunion concert on Monday, September 22, 2014 at 8pm at Musical Theater Factory (250 West 40th Street, 4th Floor). Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Seeds of Peace. Reservations are $20, $35 for one reservation and a signed album, or $50 for one reservation and 3 signed albums, and can be purchased at MusicalTheaterFactory.org. The world premiere recording of TAMAR OF THE RIVER, with music by Marisa Michelson and lyrics by Joshua H. Cohen, will be released byYellow Sound Label Tuesday, September 23, 2014, and is currently on pre-sale at Amazon.com. New Ohio Theatre Artistic Director Robert Lyons in association with Purpleman Theater have announced casting for Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Paula Vogel's And Baby Makes Seven. Marc Stuart Weitz will direct ensemble including Ken Barnett (Wonderful Town, Julie Taymor's The Green Bird) as Peter, Susan Bott (Julie Kramer's The Best of Everything) as Ruth and Constance Zaytoun (Moby Pomerance's Broken Hands) as Anna. And Baby Makes Seven is an uproarious and timely comedy that has not been seen professionally in New York in 20 years. Performances will take place today, March 11-April 12 at the New Ohio Theatre (154 Christopher Street, between Washington and Greenwich Streets). Critics are welcome as of March 19 for an opening of March 23.

Two River Theater Company to Stage AS YOU LIKE IT, 1/25-2/16

Two River Theater Company, under the leadership of Artistic Director John Dias and Managing Director Michael Hurst, continues its 2013/2014 Season with Shakespeare's romantic comedy As You Like it, directed by Michael Sexton (Two River's Henry V), the Artistic Director of the Shakespeare Society in New York. Performances will begin in Two River's Rechnitz Theater, 21 Bridge Avenue, on Saturday, January 25, with the opening night on Friday, January 31 at 8pm.
