Brisbane will come alive as LA SOIREE, the award-winning theatrical phenomenon that has won devotees around the world, kicks off tonight at the Playhouse Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) for a strictly limited season until 24 May 2015.

Roll up, roll up - the jaw-dropping, awe-inspiring cabaret sensation is back! On Sunday 12 April, the little show with a big heart La Soiree was awarded the prestigious Laurence Olivier Award for Best Entertainment. Following their Olivier's success, the theatrical phenomenon could think of nothing better than returning to London for a second consecutive Christmas residency at the Southbank Centre's Winter Festival.

La Soiree, the award-winning theatrical phenomenon that has won devotees around the world, brings its mesmerizing hybrid of a show to the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) for a strictly limited season in the Playhouse, from 7 to 24 May 2015.

Following rave reviews, nightly standing ovations and packed houses, FRINGE WORLD Festival's headline act LA SOIREE will extend its season by two weeks. The season will now run until Saturday 7 March.

The Off Broadway Alliance, the organization of Off Broadway producers, theaters, general managers, press agents, and marketing professionals, presented the 4th annual Off Broadway Alliance Awards June 17th at Sardi's. Honorees were on hand to receive their awards and Philip Seymour Hoffman, Ruth Maleczech and Nicholas Martin were posthumously inducted into the Off Broadway Hall of Fame.

LA SOIREE has announced that a limited number of $30.00 rush tickets will be available for purchase in-person at the Union Square Theatre box office (100 East 17 St). Tickets will be available beginning two hours prior to curtain, tickets for Friday & Saturday at 10PM will be available beginning at 5PM the day of. There is a limit of two tickets per person. Tickets are subject to availability and may not be offered at all performances. Cash or Credit is accepted.
