Christine Ebersole will make a triumphant return to the Cafe Carlyle on October 11, kicking off what will be her sixth engagement at the legendary Upper East Side venue. Believe it or not, though, the two-time Tony Award winner (42ND STREET, GREY GARDENS) still finds cabaret to be the most intimidating performance capacity for an artist, but simultaneously the most rewarding. Prior to her run of shows, BroadwayWorld had a chance to chat with Ebersole about what it's like to perform in a space so richly seeped in history, as well as how she is able to craft a narrative for each of her concerts that is resonant of the current space in which she finds herself. Additionally, Ebersole divulged her hopes for the future of WAR PAINT, the new musical which she starred in this summer from the creative team behind GREY GARDENS, and what it was like to finally work alongside Patti LuPone, after having known her for 40 years.

Legendary singer-songwriter Judy Collins returns to Cafe Carlyle with with special guest, Ari Hest, November 10-19. Judy Collins' unique artistry has captivated audiences for over fifty years and landed her a spot in the Grammy Hall of Fame. Judy will perform her revered solo material as well as duets with Ari Hest. Judy and Ari released a stunning, collaborative album Silver Skies Blueearlier this year.

After critically lauded performances in New York, London and Paris, award-winning performer Eric Yves Garcia (Margaret Whiting Award; Bistro Award for Singing Instrumentalist) debuts his anticipated new show, 'Keepers of The Keys', on Friday, October 21st (9:30pm) at Feinstein's / 54 Below. The show is written and performed by Mr. Garcia, and is being presented by Treble Clef, LLC.  Mr. Garcia is proud to be joined onstage by Tom Hubbard on bass, Howie Gordon on percussion and Nick Russo on guitar.

Actress/singer Ana Gasteyer makes her Cafe Carlyle debut, October 25-November 5.

Seattle resident David Duvall comes to Palm Desert to perform his new show 'David Loves Cole' on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at the Arthur Newman Theater in Palm Desert for the 7th season of the Sundays In Summer Cabaret Series. David's show is his version of the famous 1971 recording of 'Bobby Short Loves Cole Porter'. Tickets are $11 cash only and doors open at 1 PM for open seating.

In an evening that encompasses a personal and rarified experience of moving to and living in New York City, John Epperson - the real person behind Lypsinka - will take the stage in John Epperson: The Artist Principally Known as Lypsinka for four nights only at Joe's Pub at The Public. With a nod to the urbane cabaret style of Bobby Short, Epperson's evening embraces classic entertainment filled with stories, tunes, and a few surprises. The entertainer, aka The Goddess of Showbiz Lypsinka, commands the piano and stage with a musical journey that weaves together Stephen Sondheim, Frank Loesser, Jule Styne, Kay Thompson, Kander & Ebb, Comden & Green, Rodgers & Hammerstein, and transgender icon Christine Jorgenson. Jay Rogers directs the limited engagement show which takes place at Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette Street) on four nights only, August 15th & 17th at 9:30 and September 13th & 16th at 7:30. SHELLEY MACARTHUR, featuring THE BRAD WILLIAMS TRIO, brings an evening of song that will be "MAINELY MAGICAL" to THE VINEGAR HILL MUSIC THEATRE, the Kennebunks' beautiful new state-of- the art entertainment venue featuring the finest in musical talent during the summer and fall months. The world premiere of the orchestral version of Raphael Mostel's THE TRAVELS OF BABAR: RETURN TO THE LAND OF ELEPHANTS will be presented by the Orchestre symphonique de Montreal, conducted by Dina Gilbert, on Sunday, May 15 at 1:30pm at Maison symphonique de Montreal, and narrated in French by actors Sophie Cadieux and Pierre Brassard.

Welsh superstar Katherine Jenkins OBE makes her Cafe Carlyle debut with Viva La Diva, April 12-16. Katherine Jenkins is one of the world's most prolific classical crossover singers, having released ten chart-topping studio albums since being signed to Universal Classics. Over the course of her esteemed career, she has toured and recorded with the likes of Placido Domingo, Andrea Bocelli, Jose Carreras, David Foster, Dame Kiri te Kanawa, Bryn Terfyl, Rolando Villazon, Juan Diego Florez & Il Divo. At Cafe Carlyle, she will be joined by music director Gerard Steichen. Two-time Drama Desk nominee Ryan Silverman (Chicago, Phantom, Side Show) will make a special guest appearance.

Following a sold-out engagement in April 2015, Feinstein's at the Nikko welcomes back Grammy Award-winning vocalist, Steve Tyrell, for four performances only, beginning today, Thursday, March 10 (8 p.m.); Friday, March 11 (8 p.m.); Saturday, March 12 (7 p.m.) and Sunday, March 13 (3 p.m.).

Last seen on stage together as the lovable couple of Hedwig and Yitzhak, Michael C. Hall and Lena Hall are reuniting again, but this time they're keeping the wigs on the shelf.
