Han Solo, Boba Fett to Be Focus of New STAR WARS Spin Off Films

EW reports that the Walt Disney Company has revealed plans to make a number of spin-off movies unrelated to the post-Return of the Jedi trilogy that had already been announced. The first two such films in the 'spin-off' series will focus on the beloved characters Han Solo and Boba Fett.

LucasFilms has officially confirmed that Michael Arndt, the Oscar-winning writer behind THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE, LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE, and TOY STORY 3, will officially write the upcoming STAR WARS trilogy for Disney.
