Blood Brothers rose from the ashes to secure its place in the West End history books, courtesy of the Phoenix theatre. But having enjoyed 24 years as one of the West End's best loved and longest running musicals, the 'story of the Johnstone Twins' is set to say farewell.

Bill Kenwright's production of Blood Brothers seems to be constantly touring the UK. Some may say a little too often but with Birmingham Hippodrome packed to the rafters last night and the reaction that the show received, there is still obviously a high demand for the production.

Dreamboats and Petticoats has returned to London's West End, for a limited run at the Wyndham's Theatre from 16 October, to coincide with Dreamboats and Petticoats 6, the new instalment from phenomenal music franchise by Universal.

The production runs at the Savoy Theatre through January 19 2013.

Featuring Emi Wokoma as 'Tina Turner' - whose vocal and dance talents have attracted huge critical and public acclaim since the production's launch - SOUL SISTER will close at the Savoy Theatre today, 29 September 2012.
