Keyboardist Michael Gallant Joins Linda Oh and Chris Infusino to Release debut Michael Gallant Trio Album
by Samantha Vega
- Feb 6, 2013
Four bars before his solo on “Completely,” the title track from the Michael Gallant Trio's debut album, the man behind the piano dug into the tune's dirty rock riff and focused on a dual purpose — a) to pour so much of himself into that single solo that, if a future child of his were to know him only through this recording, he or she would come away with a real sense of their father's personality and spirit, and b) to have so much fun in the process.

BWW Reviews: Actress and Singer Eileen Barnett Brings Lovely Celebration of Songs to the Colony
by Don Grigware
- Oct 27, 2012
Proving that class is indeed a rare commodity these days, this lady, who co-starred on Broadway with Sergio Franchi in Nine, presented a marvelously varied bill of fare which highlighted songs from Amanda McBroom, Randy Newman, Stephen Sondheim, Kurt Weill, Jacques Brel and by the evening's musical director, renowned composer Michele Brourman - by no means your typical evening of predictable songs. Apart from having an exquisite soprano voice, Barnett is down-to-earth, warm and very funny.
