It's the biggest night in London Theatre! The Olivier Awards 2016 with MasterCard - the most prestigious event in the UK's theatrical calendar - take place tonight at the Royal Opera House, hosted by Michael Ball. This year's list of Olivier Award nominees includes Gemma Arterton, Kenneth Branagh, Kenneth Cranham, Benedict Cumberbatch, Judi Dench, Mark Gatiss, Denise Gough, Preeya Kalidas, Nicole Kidman, Adrian Lester, Lara Pulver, Mark Rylance, Imelda Staunton, Tom Sturridge and David Suchet. Not in the UK for the big night? Fear not! For the first time ever, the ceremony is being live streamed on YouTube in the US, so you can tune in beginning at 5pm  EST!

The Olivier Awards 2016 with MasterCard - the most prestigious event in the UK's theatrical calendar - has revealed further details of the star-studded ceremony, hosted by two-time Olivier Award winner Michael Ball on Sunday 3 April at the Royal Opera House.

The award-winning musical based on the blockbuster film, THE BODYGUARD, comes to the New Victoria Theatre, Woking for just two weeks from Today 29 March - Saturday 9 April, direct from the West End, and starring three-time Brit nominee and X-Factor winner, Alexandra Burke as Rachel Marron.

Katy Lipson for Aria Entertainment in association with the King's Head Theatre, Guy James and Szpiezak Productions presents the European premiere of THE TOXIC AVENGER. Press night: Tuesday 26 April at 7.30pm. Run: Friday 22 April - Saturday 21 May 2016.

Ben Richards will join previously announced Beverley Knight in the international hit musical The Bodyguard when it returns to the West End for a limited six month run in July this year.  Richards will play Frank Farmer, Rachel Marron's bodyguard, alongside Beverley Knight in the leading role of the Oscar-nominated superstar Marron.   Performances begin at the Dominion Theatre on 15 July 2016 for this strictly limited season to 7 January 2017. 

HOLLYOAKS' Ben Richards has signed on to play the title role in THE BODYGUARD's return to the West End this summer.

Last night (8 March 2016) marked the opening of the West End production of MOTOWN THE MUSICAL. With music and lyrics from the legendary Motown catalogue and book by Motown founder Berry Gordy, MOTOWN THE MUSICAL is directed by Charles Randolph-Wright. Last month, due to public demand, a further 200,000 tickets were released for sale taking bookings at the Shaftesbury Theatre to 18 February 2017. Now in its sixth year, West End Bares 2015 took to the skies for TAKE OFF! earlier this year at the legendary Cafe de Paris, to raise funds for the Make a Difference Trust. Hosted by the one and only GRAHAM NORTON, West End Bares: TAKE OFF! featured an incredible line up of West End favourites as they took to the skies to celebrate all things aviation. YouTube sensation Christina Bianco wasn't able to make it to the show,  but she helped to make this year's show brilliant with this special video message. Check it out below!

At a ceremony held today at London's Café de Paris, Steve Furst announced the nominees for the 16th Annual WhatsOnStage Awards. The announcement of the nominations marks the opening of the final voting stage (closes 31 January), with winners announced at the annual Awards Concert held on 21 February 2016 at the Prince of Wales Theatre.
