The Emmys offer a fun glimpse at celebrities as the television industry pats itself on the back. But along with all the fashion and thank you speeches, the Emmy Awards also shows how smart people manage their careers - and how anyone in any industry can follow the same path to success.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Bethenny Frankel's talk show will be launched in national syndication on FOX stations beginning in 2013. The former 'Real Housewives of New York' star had a successful six-week trial run of the her chat fest last spring. According to the report, Warner Bros has sold the show to FOX stations which will air it on their biggest U.S. markets.

After evaluating the success of former Real Housewives star Bethenny Frankel's new talk show, Bravo is rumored to be in 'development meetings' about a chatfest for Manzo.

Forbes has just released its list of the highest-paid actresses on television for 2012 and Modern Family star Sofia Vergara finds herself sitting pretty at the top. According to the report, the Colombian actress earned $19 million over the past twelve months.

The 39th Daytime Emmy awards took place yesterday, June 23. Top honors for Drama Series went to ABC's General Hospital and its leading man Anthony Geary. General Hospital's Jonathan Jackson and Nancy Lee Grahn also took the awards for Best Supporting Actor/Actress in a Drama Series. Check out photos from the event below!

In an appearance on Bethenny Frankel's new talk show, 'Bethenny,' actress Kate Walsh confirmed reports that the upcoming sixth season of ABC's PRIVATE PRACTICE will be her last. Walsh told the audience, 'This is my last season for 'Private Practice. It's been an incredible journey and an amazing ride … It's bittersweet. It's a huge chapter of my life."
