BC Unidos – Markus Krunegård and Patrik Berger – are thrilled to announce today that they will be releasing their debut full-length album Otro Mundo Es Posible on June 15th via Sony Music worldwide. The album follows the groups November 2017 debut BICYCLE EP – a five track release featuring an impressive list of vocalists including Carly Rae Jepsen, Charli XCX, Santigold and Shungudzo.

This one character philosophical scavenger hunt of a play has been staged all over the US and Europe since it premiered in 2001. It follows a fictional Dutch librarian who tries to track down the patron who returned a book to the overnight slot 113 year late. Her starting clues include hand written marginalia in the book and a dry cleaning ticket used as a bookmark. That leads her to a pair of abandoned trousers in London. These furnish another hint, and so on….

Ensemble Connect-made up of some of the finest young professional classical musicians in the United States-performs a program of adventurous, contemporary works, including the New York City premiere of a new work by Andy Akiho in its first collaboration with the Rite of Summer Music Festival on Saturday, June 9 at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Governors Island. The concerts, which take place on Colonels Row, include all 18 of Ensemble Connect's musicians as they approach the end of their two-year fellowship. The program also includes music by Charles Wuorinen, Osvaldo Golijov, and Jennifer Higdon.

Five neurotic couples gather for a dinner party celebrating one couple's 10th anniversary. The best laid plans go wildly awry when guests arrive early only to discover their host has shot himself, the hostess and servants are missing, and dinner not ready. As confusions and miscommunications mount, the evening spins off into farcical hilarity. The play runs June 15 through July 29 at the Lonny Chapman Theatre in North Hollywood, at the edge of the NoHo Arts District.

As part of Theater Latte Da's commitment to developing new works, this production of Glen Berger's acclaimed play features original music commissioned by Latte Da from Grammy award-winning composer Frank London, founding member of The Klezmatics. Theater Latte Da Artistic Director Peter Rothstein directs the production with Music Director Dan Chouinard and vocalist Natalie Nowytski.
