This summer, the Essential Theatre Festival is continuing its tradition of connecting local artists with the communities in which they live with their 2013 lineup:

ABC Studios had another banner development year with nine new shows ordered to series. New dramas "Betrayal," "Killer Women," "Lucky 7," "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland," "Resurrection," along with new comedies "Trophy Wife" and "Mixology," were picked up at ABC. New drama "Intelligence" was ordered at CBS. ABC Studios had the most drama orders of any studio.

Bounty hunters 'Dog', Beth and Leland Chapman will continue their nationwide crusade to hunt down America's most dangerous fugitives, as CMT has picked up an additional 11 episodes of the first season of DOG AND BETH: ON THE HUNT, it was announced today by Jayson Dinsmore, EVP, Development, CMT. The full first season order will now total 22 episodes; production on the back 11 will begin immediately, and will air in August. DOG AND BETH: ON THE HUNT is currently premiering new episodes every Sunday night at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on CMT.

NBC's Emmy Award-winning THE OFFICE (Thursdays, 9-9:30 p.m. ET) will close up shop with its 200th episode, a one-hour series finale tonight, May 16 (9-10 p.m. ET).

New series for the 2013-14 season are "Back in the Game," "Betrayal," "The Goldbergs," "Killer Women," "Lucky 7," "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," "Mind Games," "Mixology," "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland," "Resurrection," "Super Fun Night," "Trophy Wife" and new alternative series "The Quest."

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson makes this summer epic for a diverse group of nine individuals as TNT announces the contestants that will face extraordinary situations testing strength, courage and integrity in its new unscripted competition series THE HERO airing Thursdays at 8 p.m. (ET/PT), beginning June 6.

NBC has announced a new lineup of primetime shows for the 2013-14 season that provide a winning combination of popular returning series, fresh new comedies, compelling new dramas and the latest season of "The Voice," the top reality program on television.

In the season finale episode of NBC's "Fashion Star" (Friday, May 10, 8-9 p.m. ET), contestants Hunter Bell, Cassandra Hobbins and Daniel Silverstein were challenged to create a capsule collection for all three retailers. After weeks of hard work, the remaining contestants gave everything they had for a chance to be crowned "Fashion Star." Ultimately, the buyers chose designer Hunter Bell as the next "Fashion Star." Her winning capsule collections will be carried online at Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue and Express and in 50 Macy's locations and 15 Express locations nationwide.

NBC is extending the length of the final episode of 'The Office,' with a running time that will now extend from 9-10:15 p.m. ET on Thursday, May 16.

Multimedia entertainment studio Electus, an operating business of IAC (Nasdaq: IACI), today announced a strategic investment in Hud:sun Media, a production and entertainment company founded by Michael Rourke and MDC Partners in 2010.

In the eighth episode of NBC's competition show "Fashion Star" (from Friday, April 26, 8 - 9 p.m. ET), the remaining six contestants were presented with a challenge to create a design and alter it to complement both a man and a woman. Designers Silvia Arguello, Cassandra Hobbins, Daniel Silverstein and JesseRay Vasquez and Garrett Gerson all won purchases from the retailers. Designer Hunter Bell was not purchased this week.

NBC has announced an hour-long primetime special dedicated to the seminal comedy 'The Office.' It will air Thursday, May 16 (8-9 p.m. ET) as a prelude to the one-hour series finale of 'The Office,' which will immediately follow.

Calling all nerds: TBS is adding a twist to the hit competition series KING OF THE NERDS. For the show's second season, TBS is going to give fans the chance to cast one of the competitors as 'The People's Nerd.'

In the seventh episode of NBC's reality competition show 'Fashion Star' (from Friday, April 19, 8 - 9 p.m. ET), the contestants were paired once again and challenged to come up with designs that were reminiscent of a 'night out on the town.' In an added twist, the designers were asked to draw inspiration from the beautiful 2013 Fiats that were in the studio that week and then they directed their own photo shoot, along with famed photographer Timothy White.

The world's most renowned bounty hunters, Dog and Beth Chapman, return to television in an all-new, 11-episode series, DOG AND BETH: ON THE HUNT, premiering tonight, April 21 at 8:00 p.m., ET/PT on CMT.

NBC's popular reality series THE BIGGEST LOSER is launching an 11-city, cross-country search to find new contestants for the next edition of the hit show. Individuals who have at least 80 lbs. to lose are encouraged to apply for the new season.

NBC has announced premiere dates for the high stakes adventure competition series 'Get Out Alive With Bear Grylls,' and the highly anticipated summer dramedy 'Camp,' while also setting debuts for 'Save Me' and 'American Ninja Warrior.'

In the sixth episode of NBC's reality competition show 'Fashion Star' from Friday, April 12 (8 - 9 p.m. ET), the contestants worked with the buyers to get a better understanding of what they would like to see from them. Some designers thrived from the input, while others chose to go their own path. Four designs were purchased by the retailers for a total of $540,000.

DOG AND BETH: THE PREVIEW SPECIAL premieres tonight, April 14 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CMT. The special will re-air throughout the next week on CMT and CMT.com as part of the countdown to the new series premiere.
