Photos of "Gingy" will be accepted via Twitter (Hash tag: #GingyInOmaha) and Facebook, September 21 through October 1. The public will vote for their favorite photo via Facebook from October 1 through October 12. The person submitting the winning entry will receive four tickets to SHREK THE MUSICAL for opening night at the Orpheum Theater, Tuesday, October 23. "Gingy" is one of several fairytale characters audiences will see during SHREK THE MUSICAL, which will continue performances through Sunday, October 28. The production is part of the Omaha Performing Arts' Broadway series.

According to Deadline.com, Ben Toth and Sam Forman have signed on to write the music and lyrics for the Broadway-bound SLEEPLESS IN SEATTLE Musical. Previously announced Lonny Price will direct the show, which is set to have its world premiere at The Pasadena Playhouse (Sheldon Epps, Artistic Director and Charles Dillingham, Interim Executive Director) in June, 2013.
