Celia Keenan-Bolger and More to Star in Lincoln Center's THE OLDEST BOY; Cast Complete!

Lincoln Center Theater has announced that Ernest Abuba, Joel de la Fuente, Tsering Dorjee, Celia Keenan-Bolger, Takemi Kitamura, James Saito, Jon Norman Schneider, and Nami Yamamoto will comprise the cast of its upcoming production of Sarah Ruhl's new play THE OLDEST BOY. The play, to be directed by Rebecca Taichman, will begin previews Thursday, October 9 and open on Monday, November 3 in the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater (150 West 65 Street).

The Glimmerglass Festival has announced its 2015 Festival, which will celebrate the company's 40th anniversary. The 2015 Festival will feature Mozart's The Magic Flute, Verdi's Macbeth, Vivaldi's Cato in Utica and Bernstein's Candide. The productions will run in repertory in the Alice Busch Opera Theater on Otsego Lake in Cooperstown July 10 through August 23. These mainstage offerings will be complemented by lectures, concerts and other special events.

The Siti Company, an ensemble based theatre company created by Anne Bogart and Tadashi Suzuki, is famous for its combination of Viewpoints and Suzuki, two very different acting trainings that focus on movement and gesture, and concentration and strength, respectively. This weekend, their production of Trojan Women, which utilized both acting techniques, came to ArtsEmerson, and audiences poured in after a very exhausting week here in the city.

The weekend performances (October 8, 9, 15 and 16) feature a special double bill which includes SITI's first radio play, War of the Worlds, followed by Radio Macbeth allowing New York audiences the opportunity to see both shows performed back to back for the first time ever. SITI Company's season will take place at Dance Theater Workshop.
