1964 erlebt Jule Stynes Musical FUNNY GIRL am Broadway seine Urauffuhrung, an deren Erfolg Barbra Streisand maßgeblich beteiligt ist. Vier Jahre spater wird sie, an der Seite von Omar Sharif, fur die Verfilmung des Musicals mit einem Oscar ausgezeichnet. Als Grazer Erstauffuhrung ist „Funny Girl' in Stefan Hubers Inszenierung zu erleben, die dank ihrer schwungvollen Tanz und Stepp-Szenen sowie prachtigen Ausstattung bereits das Publikum in Dortmund, Nurnberg und Chemnitz begeistert hat.
