Nominees have been announced for the 4th Annual Streamy Awards, which will be live-streamed on September 7, 2014 from The Beverly Hilton at 7:30PM PT at www.streamys.org.

This year's Creative Arts telecast partner is FXM; a two-hour edited version of the ceremony will air Sunday, August 24 at 8:00 PM ET/PT with an encore at 10:00 PM ET/PT on FXM. The program will be streamed in its entirety as part of the Backstage LIVE! show on Emmys.com at 12:00 PM PT/3:00 PM ET on Monday, August 25.

According to Entertainment Weekly, film production company, Lionsgate, is suing 10 individuals who anonymously released the next Expendables film, The Expendables 3, which stars the ripped stars of pretty much every '80s film.

The Expendables 3 is scheduled to hit theaters on August 15. However, according to Variety, a DVD-quality copy of the movie has been leaked online across various piracy sites. In just 24 hours, nearly 200,000 copies of the film were downloaded.

This summer, Brooklyn-based Spectacle takes over the Theater at MAD as part of the exhibition NYC Makers: The MAD Biennial, presenting 11 unconventional programs that highlight the organization's cross-disciplinary approach and DIY ethos. Tickets are $20 online or $25 at the door.
