Pace University's Actors Studio Drama School (ASDS) Master of Fine Arts Program today announced the homecoming of their acting, directing, and playwriting Class of 2021 with four consecutive weeks of live performances, beginning February 9, 2022.

By Bridget Stucker 'Hey, Carmen, you're so fine...!' This week, while the Festival Theater in Edinburgh indulges the opera lover with the classic bel canto opera, Norma, a group of young, singing-actors give opera a facelift over at Spotlites International.

The 69th annual Edinburgh Fringe Festival will begin next week in Scotland. Opening up the Spotlites International Theatre in their new location at the corner of Hanover Street in the beautiful building of the Royal Society of Edinburgh is a new musical called, Carmen High. Carmen High is conceived and directed by Stephanie Vlahos, based on the Bizet opera, Carmen. Carmen High is a theatrical mash up of opera, hip hop, original songs, and classical music that reinvents the opera of Carmen as the real American high school experience told through the authentic voices of gifted teenage performers.
