On April 27, 2014, the Skidmore College Orchestra will present the world premiere of Double Concerto for Clarinet and Guitar, composed by the internationally acclaimed guitarist James Emery for his daughter Hannah and featuring the two of them, respectively, as the guitar and clarinet soloists. This concert will mark their public debut playing together in an orchestral setting.

Theatre Askew presents the long-awaited premiere of William M. Hoffman and Anthony Holland's 'Cornbury: The Queen?s Governor', an historical fantasia on Edward Hyde, the third English Royal Governor of New York- who reportedly favored women?s clothing.
Theatre Askew will present the World Premiere of CORNBURY: THE QUEEN'S GOVERNOR, a play by Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-nominated writer William M. Hoffman and Anthony Holland. This satirical look at a lost chapter in New York history stars Obie Award winning actors David Greenspan and Everett Quinton. Previews begin January 24, 2009 at the Hudson Guild Theatre.
