M. K. Christopher, author of the new book 'Chronicles of Genesis: Ascension', is a chicken-eating, hoodie-wearing, door-holding, trumpet-playing, sheep-worshiping, joke-telling, book-writing, game-playing, science-shouting young adult born in Illinois. The only awards he ever won were for wearing a sweatshirt throughout all of summer at band camp and for holding the door for the entirety of the band for three years in a row. Marc also started a running meme of 'Get serious!' and 'All hail the sheep!' just because he could. He plays the trumpet and the French horn and loves video games, comedy, science, and chickens, because he thinks they are awesome. His favorite quality of life is irony, because a joke is a very serious thing. He is not some great artistic legendary master of ink and paper. He is a simple, 'slightly' vulgar, sarcastic, anonymous mortal with a pen, some paper, and a dream.
