The Laurie Beechman Theatre will welcome two of Broadway's most esteemed performers - Alison Fraser and Mary Testa (with special guest, Annie Golden), for two very special performances as part of our celebrated Voices from the Great White Way Series. After two previous sold out performances The Laurie Beechman has added two more chances to see Testa and Fraser: Monday, November 10 @ 7pm and Monday, November 24 @ 10pm.

The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) concludes its fifth year which featured 24 full productions, a dance series, a developmental series, concerts and special events tonight 10/5th.

The Laurie Beechman Theatre is very pleased to welcome two of Broadway's most esteemed performers - ALISON FRASER and MARY TESTA (with special guest, Annie Golden), for two very special performances as part of our celebrated Voices from the Great White Way Series. On Mondays, September 29th and October 20th @ 7pm, the longtime friends will join forces for their long awaited return to the Beechman stage. There is a $25 cover, as well as a $15 food or beverage minimum (a full bar and dinner menu is available). The Laurie Beechman Theatre is located within The West Bank Cafe at 407 West 42nd St. (@ 9th Ave), in the heart of New York's theatre district. Jamie McGonnigal and Joe's Pub presented 'Broadway Loves the 80's Vol. 4,' on Sunday September 7th, the concert featured your favorite Broadway stars singing their favorite hits of the awesomest decade ever! Directed by McGonnigal and Xanadu's Marty Thomas, 'Broadway Loves the 80's Vol. 4' continued the fun of having those 80's classics performed by Broadway's best! The totally rad host of the past three concerts, Mo Rocca (Spelling Bee, VH1's I Love the 80s) took a break from his round-the-clock political convention coverage, to return for this 4th incarnation.

NYMF Announces ASCAP Presented 2008 Educational Series

The ASCAP Foundation will present this year's New York Musical Theatre Festival's Educational Series at Barnes and Noble Booksellers at Lincoln Triangle (1972 Broadway at 66th Street) on September 18th, 25th and October 2nd. The Educational Series provides an opportunity for audience members and aspiring theater artists to learn directly from industry professionals. All seminars are free of charge and made possible through the generous support of The ASCAP Foundation's Irving Caesar Trust.
