Dimensions Festival returns to the iconic Fort Punto Christo this August, and for it's seventh edition, there's a massive five days in store with seven stages, over 100 artists, a fortress, and of course, boat parties. The Harbour sees off over 20 boats setting sail, embarking on sonic journeys across the glittering Adriatic. Beginning tomorrow, July 28, designer, director, master puppeteer, and MacArthur "genius" Basil Twist will perform in his singular creation, Symphonie Fantastique, during all Saturdayevening performances. Though the title role in Mozart's DON GIOVANNI goes to the fabled lady killer--and Mostly Mozart's production was lucky to have a first-rate Don in baritone Christopher Maltman--the opera is a real ensemble piece, with every one of a half dozen characters key to a successful performance.
