On Saturday evening, August 21, Middlebury's Bridge School will celebrate 30 years of pedagogical success, when three of their most prominent alumnae return to perform a benefit concert at Town Hall Theater.

Anais Mitchell, Moira Smiley and her band VOCO, and Abigail Nessen Bengson, will perform a benefit concert in honor of The Bridge School's 30th Anniversary. The concert and reception will be held on Saturday, 8/21 at 7:30 pm at Town Hall Theater, Middlebury. Tickets, $25, are available through the THT Box Office by calling 802-382-9222, online at www.townhalltheater.org, or in person on Merchants Row, Middlebury (Mon-Sat, noon-5 pm).

Siskiyou Institute presents San Francisco based Real Vocal String Quartet on Thursday, September 9th at 8PM at Paschal Winery (1122 Suncrest Road, Talent). RVSQ explores West African rhythms, Latin influences and even some Afro Brazilian sounds as they weave their radically diverse backgrounds and sounds into something entirely new and different.
