Tonight, October 28, The Public Theater officially opens FATHER COMES HOME FROM THE WARS (PARTS 1, 2 & 3).

St. Ann's Warehouse welcomes back the National Theatre of Scotland, director John Tiffany and associate director Steven Hoggett for the American Premiere of Let the Right One In, which Jack Thorne adapted for the stage from John Ajvide Lindqvist's novel and screenplay, and which garnered tremendous acclaim on London's West End earlier this year.

The first Globe for All free Shakespeare tour will begin today, October 28 and will culminate in three low-cost performances on November 7 - 9 in the Globe's Hattox Hall, part of the Karen and Donald Cohn Education Center in the Conrad Prebys Theatre Center.

ONCE, winner of eight Tony Awards including Best Musical and winner of the 2013 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album, will play the Orpheum Theatre for a limited engagement from today, October 28th through November 2nd, 2014.

Boston Playwrights' Theatre (BPT) continues its 2014-15 season of new plays next week with Monica Bauer's Chosen Child.

Casting is announced today for Hope, BAFTA-winning writer Jack Thorne's first original play to be staged at the Royal Court. Hope follows Thorne's success with Glue and This is England '86 and reunites him with director John Tiffany after their celebrated production Let the Right One In, which transferred to the West End earlier this year.

Theater artist Taylor Mac makes his New York Live Arts debut with A 24-Decade History of Popular Music: 1900-1950s, presented by New York Live Arts as part of The Public Theater's Under the Radar Festival, January 13-25, 2015.

Pippin The Musical, The Broadway League and Art of Men will bring seventy-five New York City seniors from Union Settlement to the Broadway production of Pippin on October 19, 2014 to experience their first Broadway musical. Cast members from the Pippin will host a talkback with the seniors immediately following the show.
