Theatre Group at SBCC Presents BECKY'S NEW CAR, Now thru 5/11

The Theatre Group at SBCC will present the new comedy BECKY'S NEW CAR by Steven Dietz as the final play in the 2012/2013 season. Directed by Katie Laris, Becky's New Car will run tonight, April 24-May 11, 2013 in the intimate Jurkowitz Theatre.

RANTOUL AND DIE and THE CHEATERS CLUB to Debut in 'Summer of The Amoralists', 6/5-9/21

The Amoralists present 'The Summer of The Amoralists' (June 5 - September 21), an unprecedentedly busy summer featuring two premieres and 12 consecutive weeks of performances. BWW Interviews: Two NAKED BOYS Bare It All – Fully Clothed

NAKED BOYS SINGING just completed a rare West Coast engagement at The Palm Canyon Theatre in Palm Springs to sold-out, and very enthusiastic, crowds. In my recent review I singled out Christopher Trepinski and Juan Guerrero as the two stand-out talents in this particular troupe and had the wonderful opportunity to chat with them about their backgrounds, career aspirations and 'all things naked boys'. Conrad Bain, Star of DIFF'RENT STROKES Dies at 89

TVGuide.com reports that Conrad Bain, best known for his role as Phillip Drummond on NBC's long-running sitcom DIFF'RENT STROKES, passed away on Monday in Livermore, CA at the age of 89.

Theatre Museum Founder Helen Marie Guditis Passes Away

Helen Marie Guditis, Founder and President of "The Theatre Museum" , died of cancer, in her sleep. She valiantly fought for 4 years but succumbed to the disease on December 3, 2012. She was with family members, who said that she sang broadway show tunes until her last breath. Stewart F. Lane, chairman of The Theatre Museum called Helen's dedication to theater inspiring and stated, 'Helen will be deeply missed by the theater community.'
