American Dance Machine for the 21st Century (ADM21) will present a workshop presentation of four classic musical theater and film dance numbers today, November 14 at New York City Center, Studio 4 at 6 pm. Each piece has been coached by artists intimately involved in their original productions; numbers from CONTACT, JEROME ROBBINS' BROADWAY, LOVELY TO LOOK AT and BIG DEAL will be presented.

American Dance Machine for the 21st Century (ADM21) will present a workshop presentation of four classic musical theater and film dance numbers on Thursday, June 28 at New York City Center, Studio 4 at 6 pm. Each piece has been coached by artists intimately involved in their original productions; numbers from Contact, A Chorus Line, Lovely to Look At and Jerome Robbins' Broadway will be presented. The evening will be directed by Artistic Director Margo Sappington and feature live music with musical direction by Tedd Firth. ADM21 is a new not-for-profit dance company founded by Executive Director Nikki Feirt Atkins, dedicated to creating a living and vibrant archive of classic and current notable musical theater choreography.

Manhattan Movement & Arts Center announces a scholarship program for all boys ages 8-22. The Benny Caiola Men of Merit Scholarship offers the opportunity for motivated young men to train with today's leading male dancers as well as distinguished choreographers. Heading this scholarship program will be NYCB Principal Dancer and MYB Artistic Advisor, Daniel Ulbricht.

Peter Martins, Ballet Master in Chief of the New York City Ballet, announced today that the Company will launch a new performance group called New York City Ballet Moves during the summer of 2011. Consisting of a small group of artists from the full company, New York City Ballet Moves will provide an opportunity to showcase NYCB's dancers and repertory in venues that might not be able to present the full company for financial or technical reasons. Martins will select a rotating group of performers from NYCB's roster of dancers and musicians to participate in the group's engagements.

Called "one of the nation's most distinctive youth theaters" by the LA Times, TADA! Youth Theater has been featured in the NY Times, Wall Street Journal, NY Magazine and on Good Morning America and has been the training ground for the next generation of Broadway, TV and film performer for the past 26th years.

The evening's performance, produced by Erin Fogarty and New York City Ballet principal dancer Daniel Ulbricht, will include three World Premiere pieces and will be performed by Daniel Ulbricht, Robert Fairchild, Amar Ramasar, Tyler Angle, Craig Hall, Wendy Whelan, Maria Kowroski, and Sterling Hyltin, as well as Matthew Rushing, Attila Csiki, Keigwin + Company, Alex Wong, and Martin Harvey to choreography by George Balanchine, Christopher Wheeldon, Benjamin Millepied, Larry Keigwin, Lar Lubovitch, Earl Mosley, Alex Wong and Robert Fairchild, and Daniel Ulbricht.
