Zawe Ashton and Alex Beckett join Alison Steadman in Rose Theatre Kingston's revival of Michael Frayn's HERE from 19 April to 12 May. In an exciting change at the Rose, HERE will be performed on a new stage built out into the auditorium bringing the intimacy of Here even closer to the audience.

GAVIN & STACEY to Be Turned Into West End Musical?

According to Whatsonstage, BBC series Gavin & Stacey could be getting the West End treatment in the near future. Co-creator Ruth Jones told the Evening Standard: 'We'd love to do Gavin & Stacey: The Musical. I know it is something James wants to do too. I saw Billy Elliot on stage the other day and I thought it would be something good to do. It's something I would definitely be up for.'

According to reports from Whatsonstage, Ruthie Henshall will star alongside Alison Steadman, Robert Bathurst, and Hermione Norris in BLITHE SPIRIT which is set to play at Bath's Theatre Royal from November 3-13, the Brighton Theatre Royal from November 16-21, Cambridge's Arts Theatre from November 22-27, the Milton Keynes Theatre from February 14-19 and the Richmond Theatre from February 21-26. Alison Steadman to Lead BLITHE SPIRIT in West End; Opens March 2011

Baz Bamigboye reports in the London Daily Mail today that Alison Steadman has signed on to lead the cast of BLITHE SPIRIT as 'Madame Arcati' in the West End. Rehearsals are scheduled to begin sometime in late September and open at the Theatre Royal in Bath on November 3, 2010 for a limited run. Thereafter, Bamigboye reports, the show will tour the U.K. briefly before landing at the Apollo Theatre in the West End on March 2, 2011.
