The St. Petersburg Celebration of the Arts is celebrating the work of William Shakespeare with local arts and cultural organizations presenting variations on the Bard's work during the month of February. American Stage will feature a one-night-only performance of An Evening With Shakespeare's Lovers with Shakespeare and Shakespeare-inspired scenes, sonnets, and songs.

Join freeFall on June 17 at 8pm  for a reading of a brand new musical by Barry Harman (The Carol Burnett Show, Romance/Romance, Olympus On My Mind) and Grant Sturiale (Olympus On My Mind) based on the film of the same name. Jobsite and the Straz Center have added a final performance to the run of LIZZIE, providing one more opportunity to experience this unique rock musical that is blowing Tampa Bay audiences away. The Drama Desk Award-nominated LIZZIE, taking the nation by storm in over a dozen licensed productions, will now conclude its run with an 8pm show on Sun., Nov. 6, in the Jaeb Theater at the Straz Center where Jobsite is resident theater company.

Spread the word because this cannibalistic comedy, a purposely vulgar unauthorized parody of 'The Silence of the Lambs,' is unlike anything our area has ever seen.

Not your (Fairy God) mother's awards - 'The Tiaras' (#TheTiaras) are granted to the most enchanting ingenues, spellbinding performers, wicked scoundrels and perfect Prince Charmings of the Great White Way.

The original 'princess posse' of last fall's sold-out, NY premiere limited engagement of DISENCHANTED! is making the transfer to Westside Theatre Upstairs (407 West 43rd Street) for an open-ended run. DISENCHANTED! began previews at Westside Theatre Upstairs on March 19, 2015, with an Opening Night slated for tonight, April 7, 2015.
