Berkeley's Jewish Circle Theatre, in association with John Gertz Productions, announces the world-premiere of Love Sick, a passionate new musical play inspired by the ancient Hebrew text, 'The Song of Songs.' The production hits Bay Area stages this winter at The Osher Studio in Berkeley, California beginning January 12, 2017 and SecondStage at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts beginning February 23, 2017.  Helmed by internationally-acclaimed director Christopher Renshaw (Broadway: The King and I[Best Revival Tony Award, 1996], Taboo; West End We Will Rock You, Zorro: The Musical), the production features the Bay Area's Ofra Daniel in this original story of one woman's journey through a relentless and fervent love affair-and her gradual descent into madness. 

Attention HAMILTON fans! 'The Hamilton Mixtape' drops tomorrow, December 2, from Atlantic Records, featuring a collection of remixes, covers, and tracks inspired by the multi-Tony Award winning Broadway musical. Among the artists to be featured on the recording are Sia, Usher, Chance the Rapper, Busta Rhymes, Ben Folds, Regina Spektor, and Queen Latifah.

Alicia Keys Landmarks Live in Concert kicks off a new arts strand within the Great Performances series, beginning Friday, January 20 at 9 p.m. on PBS. (Check local listings.) PBS unveiled today a strong 2017 winter/spring season lineup that includes the January 15 premiere of the seven-part drama “Victoria” on MASTERPIECE (watch the trailer) about the early years and fraught relationships of the 19th-century teenage queen; the much-anticipated returns of “Sherlock” on MASTERPIECE MYSTERY! on New Year's Day and the second season of PBS' original American drama series MERCY STREET (watch the trailer) on January 22.

NBC has announced that on Monday, December 5th, THE TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON will celebrate the release of the highly anticipated 'Hamilton Mixtape.'

Tony Award-nominated singer MARY BRIDGET DAVIES' journey began in her hometown of Cleveland, OH in 2001 when she first started singing in local bands, and she hasn't slowed down since.

This special multi-genre event pairs one of the world's greatest virtuosos with a star-studded list of guest artists, embracing a wide range of musical styles and voices capturing New York's magic. 'Lang Lang's New York Rhapsody' will air as part of the PBS Arts Fall Festival on PBS affiliates nationwide on Friday, November 25, at 9:00 pm (check local listings).
