The Lake Tahoe Dance Collective (LTDC) presents its fifth annual Lake Tahoe Dance Festival featuring works by James Graham Dance Theater, SFDanceWorks, and choreographers Constantine Baecher, Justin Peck, Christin Hanna, and Kristina Berger. This year's Festival features two premieres: Mountainscape by choreographer Constantine Baecher and Departures by Lake Tahoe Dance Collective Artistic Director Christin Hanna.

Hubbard Street Dance Chicago and Artistic Director Glenn Edgerton are excited to announce the main company's 2017-18 season performances in Chicago celebrating the company's 40 year history. Tickets to the three engagements at the Harris Theater for Music and Dance in Millennium Park located at 205 East Randolph Street, and a fourth performance at the Auditorium Theatre, located at 50 E Congress Pkwy, will be available to subscribers for renewal beginning April 13 as a Season 40 subscription; Season 40 subscriptions and single tickets will be available for purchase following the Season 39 Summer Series, June 8-11, 2017.

Now in its second season,SFDanceworks, a repertory dance company founded by San Francisco Ballet soloist James Sofranko, has announced details for this year's program, June 22-24, co-presented by ODC Theater. Thursday, February 16, 2017, in a one night only engagement, brought together MacArthur Fellow Michelle Dorrance and Bessie Award winner Nicholas Van Young for the world premiere of the inaugural Works & Process Rotunda Project at the Guggenheim Museum. This is a new residency and commissioning initiative that invites artists to create site-specific work for the iconic Guggenheim rotunda. This culminating residency performance that features the dancers and musicians from Michelle's company Dorrance Dance with special guests Ephrat 'Bounce' Asherie and Matthew 'Mega Watts' West combines dance and percussion to create a performative soundscape while incorporating the rotunda as a musical instrument.

Hubbard Street Dance Chicago and Artistic Director Glenn Edgerton are excited to announce the main company's return to the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago for danc(e)volve: New Works Festival, May 10–14, 2017 in the Edlis Neeson Theater, located at 220 East Chicago Avenue in Chicago. This marks the company's fourth appearance since 2012 on the MCA Stage; both previous danc(e)volve engagements as well as Princess Grace Awards: New Works have been dedicated to world premieres of contemporary dance, developed in collaboration with Hubbard Street's acclaimed ensemble, led by established and ascending choreographers.
