Former UNITED STATES OF TARA co-stars, Patton Oswalt and Rosemarie DeWitt, are set to join the second season of Aaron Sorkin hit HBO series, THE NEWSROOM, The Hollywood Reporter confirmed today.
According to ohnotheydidnt.livejournal.com, Emily Mortimer, star of the new HBO drama series THE NEWSROOM, has revealed that shooting on the second season will begin immediately following the Presidential elections.
Beginning today, HBO is giving all audiences, including non-subscribers, a chance to watch the first episode of THE NEWSROOM, the new Aaron Sorkin drama series, free of charge on multiple platforms.

Sad news for BWW's legions of Kristin Chenoweth fans tonight as ABC has passed on renewing GCB for a second season, as first reported by Deadline.com. The only silver lining is that perhaps now Broadway will get the in-demand star back.
