Roundabout Theatre Company announced the full cast this July for the new Broadway production of Rupert Holmes' Tony Award-winning musical comedy The Mystery of Edwin Drood. The show is set to open on November 13, 2012 and will star Stephanie J. Block as Edwin Drood. Meet the whole cast in the video and bios below!

Five powerful productions have been scheduled for Center Theatre Group's 2013 season at the Mark Taper Forum, it was announced today by CTG Artistic Director Michael Ritchie.

Kinky Boots, the highly anticipated new musical that brings together four-time Tony® Award-winner Harvey Fierstein (Book) and Grammy® Award-winning rock icon Cyndi Lauper (Music & Lyrics), will begin preview performances on Broadway at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street) on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, with an official opening night set for Thursday, April 4, 2013. The highly acclaimed Broadway production of End of the Rainbow, written by Peter Quilter and directed by Tony® Award winner Terry Johnson, played its final performance on Sunday, August 19, and BWW was there to capture the show's farewell curtain call.

The Broadway production of End of the Rainbow, written by Peter Quilter and directed by Tony Award winner Terry Johnson, will play its final performance today, Sunday, August 19, 2012. The production, which began performances on Monday, March 19 of this year and opened on Monday, April 2, will have played a total of 176 performances at Broadway's Belasco Theatre. Producers Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig announced today that Kinky Boots, the highly anticipated new musical that brings together four-time Tony® Award-winner Harvey Fierstein (Book) and Grammy® Award-winning rock icon Cyndi Lauper (Music & Lyrics), will begin preview performances on Broadway at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street) on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, with an official opening night set for Thursday, April 4, 2013. Group tickets for Kinky Boots, directed and choreographed by Tony® Award-winner Jerry Mitchell, will go on sale Tuesday, August 21 to groups of 10 or more.

Mary Poppins, which opened at the Ahmanson on August 10 and runs through September 2, proves to be the perfect film to turn into a show. Flashy, whimsical, and packed with songs like "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious," "Feed the Birds, "A Spoonful of Sugar" and "Let's Go Fly A Kite" that had America humming in 1965, the film provided Julie Andrews with her movie debut and an Oscar to boot. In its present incarnation, it is a splashy riot of color, comedy and song that had the audience I saw it with fairly rapturous after every big number.

Universal Pictures Stage Productions/ Glenn Ross, Beacon Communications/ Armyan Bernstein and Charlie Lyons and Executive Producers Kristin Caskey and Mike Isaacson have announced a 15-week extension to the limited engagement of Bring It On: The Musical at Broadway's St. James Theatre (246 W. 44thStreet). The show, which was scheduled to close on Sunday, October 7, 2012, will now play its final performance on Sunday, January 20, 2013.

On Saturday, August 4, 2012, Civic Center Members in Des Moines were treated to an exclusive visit from 'Joey,' the star of WAR HORSE. More than 125 were in line at 6 a.m. to take advantage of early purchasing and watched 'Joey' make several appearances to cheering crowds. Watch the videos below!

Additional casting has been announced for the upcoming national tour of Roundabout Theatre Company's "Anything Goes," at the Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles. The new Broadway revival of Cole Porter's timeless classic musical theatre masterpiece begins performances November 27, 2012, and continues through January 6, 2013. Opening is scheduled for November 28.
