Scott Alan to Return to Hippodrome Casino for May Concerts

After his recent concert at the IndigO2 in 2013, Songwriter Scott Alan will return to the Hippodrome Casino for five intimate concerts at the Hippodrome Casino. Alan will be joined by a rotating cast of special guests, to be announced closer to concert dates.

Tony Award-Winner Adriane Lenox (After Midnight, Doubt), Tony Award-nominees Anita Gillette (Neil Simon's Chapter Two) & Robert Cuccioli (Jekyll & Hyde), Drama Desk-nominees Aaron Lazar (Les Miserables, A Little Night Music), Patrick Page (Spider Man: Turn Off the Dark, Cyrano, the upcoming Casa Valentina by Harvey Fierstein), Nancy Anderson (Jolson & Company, Wonderful Town, A Class Act) & Jeffry Denman (Yank!, Irving Berlin's White Christmas) will be joined by Ron Bohmer (A Little Night Music, Ragtime, The Woman in White) and Maxine Linehan (Bronte). They will be among the 25 stars set to appear in Town Hall's Broadway by the Year Series on Monday, March 31 at 8pm, THE BROADWAY MUSICALS OF 1940-1964. More stars to be announced soon!

It was announced today during a live appearance from the stage of the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, that Multi-Platinum recording artist and actress Vanessa Williams is set to join the roster of 'Special Guest Star' vocalists in the critically acclaimed Broadway musical, After Midnight. Williams will play performances from Tuesday, April 1, 2014 through Sunday, May 11, 2014 at theBrooks Atkinson Theatre (256 W 47th Street). Directed and choreographed by Warren Carlyle, After Midnight began preview performances on Friday, October 18, 2013, and opened to rave reviews on Sunday, November 3, 2013.
