A Few Good Men is the gripping drama of the trial of two Marines stationed at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, accused of killing one of their own during a disciplinary action gone wrong - a 'Code Red.' Lt. Daniel Kaffee, a Navy JAG lawyer who practices in plea bargains but has never seen the inside of a courtroom, defends the two with the help of colleagues Lt. Cmdr. Joanne Galloway and Lt. Sam Weinberg.

Academy, Tony and four-time Emmy Award nominee Bob Balaban; acclaimed 'White Collar' television star Matt Bomer; Emmy Award-winning journalist Campbell Brown; celebrated playwright and gay rights activist Larry Kramer; two-time Academy Award-nominated, multiple Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning, two-time Tony Award-winning actor John Lithgow; Tony Award nominee and Broadway Impact Co-Founder Rory O'Malley; and Emmy Award winner and three-time Golden Globe Award nominee Bradley Whitford will appear in the world premiere of '8' on Broadway, joining the previously announced Anthony Edwards, Morgan Freeman, Cheyenne Jackson, Christine Lahti, Rob Reiner, Yeardley Smith and Marisa Tomei. The production is an unprecedented account of the Federal District Court trial in Perry v. Schwarzenegger (now Perry v. Brown), the case filed by AFER to overturn Proposition 8, which eliminated the right to marry for gay and lesbian couples in California.

Today we are continuing the male-centric portion of our ongoing series of interviews with the stars of Lifetime's DROP DEAD DIVA with the boss of the legal practice on the show and the main love interest for Kate Levering's character, Kim: the affable and charming stage and screen star Josh Stamberg. In addition to dishing all about Season 3 of DROP DEAD DIVA and the future for Parker, Kim and company at the legal firm, Stamberg and I also discuss many of the various guest stars on the show this season and seasons past - Liza Minnelli, Sharon Lawrence and Faith Prince included - as well as how he sees Parker himself, his own insights into the complex character and what he feels the future holds for his relationships on the show - Kim, Jane and beyond. According to published reports, HBO has officially picked up Aaron Sorkin's still unitled series starring Jeff Daniels, Sam Waterston, John Gallagher Jr., Thomas Sadowski and Olivia Munn.

Heritage Players, Inc. will present Aaron Sorkin's hit drama, A Few Good Men, opening October 14th at Rice Auditorium in Catonsville. First produced on Broadway in 1989, this military masterpiece of courtroom theatre highlights the unique culture and code of honor within the military. Two Marines are being tried for their alleged involvement in the death of a fellow Marine at Guantanamo Bay.

Producer Daryl Roth announced today that Tony Award-winner Adriane Lenox (Doubt), two-time Emmy Award nominee Janel Moloney ('The West Wing') and film and TV veteran Joyce Van Patten will join the upcoming cast of the hit Off Broadway show Love, Loss, and What I Wore, beginning Wednesday, September 7 and playing through Sunday, October 2 at the Westside Theatre (407 West 43 Street).

Full casting has been announced for the upcoming national tour of THE ADDAMS FAMILY, a new musical based on the bizarre and beloved family of characters created by legendary cartoonist Charles Addams. Rehearsals for the tour begin today in New York City. Joining the previously announced Tony Awardâ nominee Douglas Sills as Gomez and Sara Gettelfinger as Morticia are Tony Awardâ nominee Martin Vidnovic as Mal Beineke, two-time Tony Awardâ nominee Crista Moore as Alice Beineke, Blake Hammond as Uncle Fester, Pippa Pearthree as Grandma, Tom Corbeil as Lurch, Patrick D. Kennedy as Pugsley, Brian Justin Crum as Lucas Beineke and Cortney Wolfson as Wednesday.

According to published reports, Kathleen Kennedy is board to join previously announced Jeff Daniels, Sam Waterston, John Gallagher Jr., Thomas Sadowski and Olivia Munn in Aaron Sorkin's HBO series: MORE AS THE STORY DEVELOPS.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Aaron Sorkin and John Krasinski are currently developing an HBO miniseries based on Life at the Marmont. The book on which the series will be based was written by Raymond R. Sarlot and Fred Basten. Sorkin will pen the script and executive produce with Krasinski, who is expected to star in it as well.

According to Deadline.com, Broadway veterans John Gallagher Jr. and Thomas Sadoski are on board to join previously announced Jeff Daniels Sam Waterston and Olivia Munn in Aaron Sorkin's HBO series: MORE AS THE STORY DEVELOPS. Sorkin's long-developing drama, set behind the scenes at a nightly cable news show. 'Social Network' producer Scott Rudin will reunite with Sorkin for the project, which will be executive produced by both. Filming on the pilot will not begin until later in the year.

The New York Times reports today that Susan Stromen will direct a musical adaptation of Tim Burton's film, Big Fish. As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Hugh Jackman and Laura Benanti recently participated in a reading of the show. The musical is aiming for a spring 2012 Broadway opening. No word from the Times if either Jackman or Benanti are confirmed for the project. Additional creative team members have yet to be announced.
