Steve Barlow

Before embarking on a career as a psychotherapist in 2005, Stephen J Colley appeared in La Cage Aux Folles, Metropolis and Aspects of Love in London's West End during the 80's and 90's. Thereafter, we worked as choregrapher-in-residence at the world famous Madame JoJo's in Soho in 1993, directed cabaret shows for John Barr, Miss Hope Springs and The Frigidaires and wrote and directed the critically acclaimed horror play From Hell She Came! at the off-West End Freedom Theatre. Other credits include drag casting co-ordinator on the horror comedy The Killer Tongue, forming part of the drag act The Eager Divas with drag legend Dave Dale (a Channel 4 documentary followed) and directing the European public premiere of Ebb and Kander's Flora the Red Menace, starring Susie McKenna and John Barr.
