Composed and interpreted by the autodidact Sahby Mehalla, the 6 instrumental pieces are romantic, contemplative and textured. On cinematographic compositions like "night love", be chill", "sunshine arrived",
sahby explores the different stages of love.

"I started working on these singles in March 2022, here in France. The birth of my daughter was inspirational, but it also gave me time to reflect on certain periods of my life and compose," said Sahby Mehalla.

"desert spirit" and "sunshine arrived" express the hopes and fears born of the birth of my daughter. They tell a story of love and future, of connection and, , the hope that something big is about to happen soon."

Born in Algiers and raised in Blida, Algerian towns and now for 3 years residing in France, Sahby has spent his life exposed to an array of musical styles from Africa, Asia and Europe. His influences range from Western classical and symphonic music and Chabbi (Algerian trance) to Sufism and the alternative. His previous singles released by amuse io have explored various genres of world music, including Arabic, Roma and Persian styles. He counts Keith Jarrett, Chopin, Beethoven among his most significant musical influences.

Sahby composes and performs in a wide range of musical styles including world music, classical, jazz and electronic. Multi-instrumentalist, Sahby plays piano, guembri, guitar, bass and flute. his music published on his Instagram and Vero accounts, where everyone can get inspired or have fun, and can use compositions for their own film and video projects. His music is regularly used in the production of user-generated content on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
