Messiah Unsudimi
BIO
Messiah Unsudimi is a gifted young performer, born in Leicester and raised in London, whose passion for entertainment began at just three years old. Deeply inspired by legends such as James Brown, Prince, Bob Marley, and Michael Jackson, he spent countless hours studying their artistry—especially Michael Jackson’s—watching and practicing his moves daily. His journey into performance began with Messiah blessing the streets of London, busking alongside his sister Lydia Lutudi. One pivotal moment came when Messiah asked his sister if he could perform a solo part. That performance drew hundreds of people crowding around the city block and corners, even causing police cars to stop for a few seconds just to watch, marking the exciting beginning of his career.
Messiah quickly gained recognition for his talent, winning competitions such as Leicester’s Got Talent, the Cosmopolitan Carnival Awards, and the Leicestershire Curry Awards. At just seven years old, while performing in the city, he was discovered by a talent agency—an opportunity that would change his life. After this discovery, his sister Lydia began training him in singing. Although it wasn’t initially his intention to sing, he embraced the training, soon uncovering a new talent and preparing for future musical opportunities. Months later, he auditioned for the West End production Thriller Live and was selected as the only boy out of 600 to play young Michael Jackson, performing as the lead face of the Jackson 5 in the musical, launching him onto international stages and touring countries including Germany, Saudi Arabia, Spain, and beyond. Messiah has also produced songs for his sister Lydia Lutudi, including “Mama I Wanna Be A Rockstar” and “Let Me In.”
As his career continued to rise, Messiah gained media recognition, appearing in newspapers and across major platforms such as ITV and BBC, as well as local radio. He also stepped into broadcasting himself, working as a BBC radio presenter where he interviewed talents in the arts and West End industry, including Sam Bailey, and collaborating with Summaya Mughal. Just after the COVID-19 slowdown, Messiah and his sisters had the opportunity to meet Tito Jackson and Marlon Jackson, where the chemistry between the families felt natural and deeply spiritual.
Over the years, Messiah has built an impressive foundation in the arts, demonstrating remarkable dedication and stage presence from a very young age. Affectionately known as “Master Messiah,” a name given by his family to reflect his natural ability to master anything he commits to, he continues to evolve as an artist. Although the global slowdown during COVID-19 paused many opportunities, he remains active in the creative industry and is now focused on shaping the next chapter of his journey. With undeniable talent, discipline, and vision, Master Messiah stands as a rising star with an extraordinary future ahead.
