Inspired by his son's experience with performance, Ken has had roles in theater productions in the Texas Hill Country with the Chamber's Theater Company in Buda Texas, as part of the IMAC (Inspired Minds Arts Center) 24 Hour Play festival, and he has a role as the Sheriff in City Theater, Austin's upcoming production of "The Trip to Bountiful," with guest Director Tracy Arnold. Additionally, Ken has recorded a voice part for the "100 Handed" podcast's upcoming seasons.
Beyond acting, Ken is also a published poet and short fiction writer, his work appearing in a wide variety of journals such as NonBinary Review (+ Zoetic Press's podcast 4LPH4NUM3R1C ), Horseshoe Literary Magazine, Synkroniciti Magazine, and Thimble Literary Magazine, and he has speculative fiction in anthologies such as "Soul" from Graveside Press and "AI, Robot" from JayHenge Publishing. Ken's work has received multiple nominations for prizes such as Best of the Net and the Pushcart Prize, and he holds an MFA from Texas State University.
