Erica most recently played the recurring role of Eva Torres on USA’s Graceland. As a classically trained actress, her credits include a diverse background in theatre, television, and film.

She is currently a master student of top on-camera acting teacher Bob Krakower. She has trained at the Linklater Center, Shakespeare & Company, and with world-renowned Patsy Rodenburg. Erica has also had the privilege of studying with Wynn Handman.

Favorite roles onstage include: Hermia in A Midsummer Nights’ Dream and Jamie Hernandez in Soldier’s Heart. Her TV credits include: Gotham, Law and Order: SVU, and HBO’s miniseries Show Me a Hero.

As a native of Queens, she is proud to call NYC home and live in the most ethnically diverse urban area in the world! She is a proud mother of two who enjoys rock climbing and ninja warrior training with her adventurous husband and sons.

Premiere Stages to Present New Jersey Premiere of SOLDIER'S HEART, 7/10-27


Premiere Stages at Kean University, celebrating its ten-year anniversary, will present the New Jersey Premiere of Tammy Ryan's Soldier's Heart from July 10th through July 27th in the Zella Fry Theatre. Featuring Emmy award-winning actress and Premiere Stages fan favorite Kim Zimmer, this affecting new work tells the story of Casey, an American soldier who leaves her son behind to defend the country she loves. When the person she trusts most becomes her assailant, Casey returns home to face her greatest test, bringing back more than she bargained for. Soldier's Heart is the third play by Ms. Ryan that Premiere Stages has produced. Ryan's Dark Part of the Forest (2006) and the Primus Prize-winning Lost Boy Found in Whole Foods (2010) both premiered at Premiere Stages and were subsequently published.

A Midsummer Night's Dream, William Shakespeare's popular story of illusive and abiding love, opened Saturday to cheers and a robust crowd at Harlem's Richard Rodgers Amphitheater in Marcus Garvey Park. The show, produced by the Classical Theatre of Harlem (CTH) (Producing Artistic Director, Ty Jones), is directed by CTH Artistic Associate and Oberlin College Professor of Theater and Africana Studies Justin Emeka and runs Tuesdays through Sundays at 7:30 pm through July 20.
