Dan Chien

Dan Chien has performed in, sound-designed, or music-directed over 200 plays and musicals with high schools, universities, and community groups in New York State's Northern Catskills region. He is the organist at Roxbury's Jay Gould Memorial Reformed Church; has directed the choirs of the Hobart United Methodist Church and the United Church of Roscoe; has played euphonium in the Catskill Valley Wind Ensemble, the Oneonta Community Concert Band, and the Delhi Community Band, keyboard in the Catskill Symphony and Utica Symphony Orchestras, recorder in the Catskill Consort of Early Music, and tuba in the Roxbury Brass; and has sung in the Community Chorale of the Catskills, and in opera choruses and the festival chorus at the Phoenicia International Festival of the Voice.
