Anthony will be making his New York Theater Workshop Debut in “Fetch Clay, Make Man”, written by Will Power and Directed by Des McAnuff. Anthony was last seen Off-Broadway as Michael in the Here Arts Center World Premiere, You Are Dead. You Are Here. Starred as Thomas Hodge in the Urban Stages World Premiere and New York Times Critics Pick, Honky. The Porter in, “A little Journey”, The Mint theater. Brother #3 in, “For Black Boys Who Consider Homicide When The Streets Are Too Much”. Film Credits include, the Award Winning short, “Crazy Beats Strong Everytime” -Sundance Film Festival Premiere, “The Jerk Theory”, “Inside” and “Weight Classes”. A graduate of the American Repertory Theater, Institute for Advanced Theater Training at Harvard University.

The shows will join the Crib's current array of acclaimed web series including Quirks, The Mirror, and Boxed In.
San Diego Rep Production of Greg Kalleres' HONKY to Air on PBS Tomorrow

HONKY by Greg Kalleres received its World Premiere at NYC's Award winning Theatre Company Urban Stages in the spring of 2013. The Urban Stages production, directed by Luke Harlan, received raves, and the play was subsequently remounted later that year. Due to its NY success, HONKY was produced at San Diego Rep and was filmed by PBS and OnStage in America and will receive a landmark presentation tomorrow, November 6, at 10PM (www.pbs.org/onstage-in-america/honky/home/).
American Premiere of ILLUSIONS Plays Baryshnikov Arts Center, Now thru 9/24

Baryshnikov Arts Center (BAC) will introduce New York audiences to a leading voice in Russia's contemporary theater scene with the American Premiere of award-winning playwright Ivan Viripaev's Illusions. The U.S.-born artist Cazimir Liske, who graduated from the Moscow Art Theatre School and has been based in Moscow for the past decade, translated the text to English and, with significant residency and technical support from BAC, has developed a new staging of the work, a darkly comedic examination of true love.

Harlem9 presents the Obie Award Winning '48 HOURS IN HARLEM' -- a twist on the traditional 24-hour play festival. This event marks the 4th year of the collaborative Harlem9, bringing together 6 playwrights, 6 directors, and 18 actors to re-conceive classic plays from the African Diaspora over the course of one weekend in Harlem. 48 HOURS IN HARLEM culminates in a final presentation on Sunday, August 17, 2014.
